1. About Us
I Am a Woman of God is a Christian apparel, gifts, and lifestyle brand, established in 2009. Our products, including our flagship WOMAN OF GOD® collection, are designed and, in many cases, produced in-house in Florida.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on this site. By using this site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products, including colors, sizes, and details, as accurately as possible. However:
- Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings or the printing/production process.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time without prior notice.
- If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a refund, substitute, or the option to wait for restock.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
- Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
- You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
- Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
- Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, cancel, or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
- If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.
- An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of your order.
6. Shipping
- All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) from our facility in Florida.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days of purchase, pending availability and payment approval. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or sales.
- Delivery is available to the continental United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Most orders arrive within 10–21 business days from the shipment date.
- Shipping is a flat rate of $3.75 for orders under $45. Orders of $45 or more ship free.
- A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships; please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as “Delivered.” Please contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes.
- International orders (Canada) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Need to change your order? Contact us right away — we’ll do our best to update your shipping address, product, or size before it ships, but the sooner you reach out, the better our chances of catching it in time.
7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Standard Returns: Our return window is 15 days from the date of delivery. After 15 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery confirmation for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage.
Condition: To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors (perfume, smoke) and pet hair, and in their original packaging.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at support@iamawomanofgod.com within the applicable window, with your order number (and a photo, if the item is damaged).
- We’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
- Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Fees to Note:
- A $3.75 restocking fee is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label. This fee applies even to orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
- Original shipping costs (typically $3.75 for orders under $45) are non-refundable.
Exchanges: Because many of our items are printed to order, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the correct size or item, to ensure fastest availability and delivery.
International Orders: All international sales (Canada) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, product images, and our trademarks is the property of I Am a Woman of God or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
- I AM A WOMAN OF GOD® and WOMAN OF GOD® are federally registered trademarks. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or imitation of these marks or our original designs is strictly prohibited.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
- You may not use our designs for commercial resale, print-on-demand submission, or any purpose that competes with or infringes upon our brand.
9. User Conduct
When using our site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user’s account
